Ordering Policy:
• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute orders are subject to availability.

Shipping Policy:
• Orders are available for self-pickup or delivery within the Dubai region only. Additional charges apply for delivery.

Refund/Return Policy:
• Full refund will be processed if the order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled due to events beyond the hotel’s control (e.g. war, civil commotion, ordinances, strikes).
• Orders canceled more than 36 hours before delivery can be refunded, any orders canceled after this period cannot be refunded.
